What is a data structure
A data structure is an object that is a data carrier. It can be a data set describing some business object, along with defined parameters such as type, name, and other type-specific properties.
The main functionalities:
- create, modify and expand data structures,
- define the relationships between data structure elements,
- specify field attributes: default values and required fields,
- document the designed structure by adding descriptions to individual fields of the structure.
