Select records conditionally
The operation Select records conditionally enables selecting for a new record only the records which match search criteria.
- Select a record in the data schema and choose Select records conditionally from the context menu.
- A new record will be added—in this case, it is Client_Clone.
- A selection (clone) operation for the item will be added to the list of operations and in the Details panel, you will be able to enter the condition for the operation.
- In the Details window or Properties panel, after selecting an operation from the list, you can specify whether the selection of records should be applied to all records or to the first one in the list.
- If the Select only the first record option is deselected, the record will be changed to multiple.
- The Clone elements option creates a new record with cloned items according to the operation condition. If you deselect this option, only the cloned record will be available without the source record.
