VsNetCat tool
Network traffic debugging tool, allows you to listen on any port, or connect to any port and forward messages for it. It supports SSL-secured connections.
Examples of usage:
Display instructions for using the tool
VsNetCat.exe
Connect to local port 9000 using SSL encryption and send all data from standard input (STDIN) to this address
VsNetCat.exe --ssl 9000 localhost
Listening on local port 9000 using SSL encryption and displaying on standard output (STDOUT) all received data
VsNetCat.exe --ssl --listen 9000
